Article 1 – Purpose
These terms of use govern access to the mhp-coaching website (the “Site”). Accessing the Site constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
Article 2 – Legal notice
The publisher’s identity, registered office, contact details, UID number and other identification particulars are set out in the legal notice.
Article 3 – Access
The Site is free to use for anyone with internet access. Hardware, software and connection costs remain the user’s.
MHP Coaching may change, suspend or interrupt access to all or part of the Site without notice.
Article 4 – Services
The Site presents mhp-coaching courses and lets visitors book dated sessions, join a waiting list, pay online and contact the school. Course bookings are governed by the booking terms.
Article 5 – Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Site content (text, documents, visuals) is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0); details are on the copyright page. OMNI materials remain subject to separate rights.
Article 6 – Personal data
Personal-data processing is described in the privacy notice. Use of the Site implies that you have read it.
Article 7 – Liability
MHP Coaching aims to keep Site information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee completeness. Use of the Site is at the user’s own risk. MHP Coaching accepts no liability for inaccuracies, errors or omissions.
Article 8 – Hyperlinks
MHP Coaching does not control linked third-party sites and accepts no liability for their content. A link is not an endorsement.
Article 9 – Acceptance and changes
Using the Site means you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the Site.
MHP Coaching may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published. Users should review them regularly.
Article 10 – Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The parties first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts are those at the seat of MHP Coaching (Fribourg, Switzerland), subject to any mandatory consumer venues.
